Age alone usually does not determine candidacy. Overall health, oral health, gum condition and available bone are more important.

Bone loss does not necessarily eliminate implant treatment. Grafting, ridge augmentation, sinus augmentation or an alternative implant plan may be considered.

Full-arch implant treatment can replace most or all teeth using strategically positioned implants and a planned prosthesis.

Selected patients may be candidates for an immediate temporary restoration. This depends on implant stability, anatomy and the full treatment plan.

No. Removal is based on symptoms, impaction, infection, disease risk and effects on adjacent structures.

Sedation or anesthesia options may be available for appropriate patients after review of medical history and procedure needs.

Sometimes. Immediate implant placement depends on the condition of the site, infection, bone, soft tissue and the ability to obtain appropriate stability.

Imaging and examination show whether enough bone exists at the intended implant site. Not every implant requires grafting.

Bring relevant X-rays or scans if you have them, a medication list, medical history information and any referral or treatment notes from your dentist.

Tell the office in advance. The team can discuss the procedure, comfort strategies and whether an anesthesia option is appropriate.
